To clean and sanitize cotton pads, wipe them down with a clean towel and mild soap, and then spray them with a bleach-water solution to kill any bacteria and germs. Be careful to avoid touching the applicator tip to bare skin. Rinse thoroughly and put the pad back into the dispenser. Repeat this process until you are left with no residue and no smell.
